Anne Matthews
Head of Service Redesign for Older Adults
Anne joined the Trust in November 2007 to drive the redesign agenda and rthe profile for services for older adults. Facilitating leadership prograenabled Anne to empower change in modernising mental health services, topromote an open and transparent culture, to drive forward the redesign agendin memory and community services, and other Trust service priorities suchelectronic rostering.
Prior to joining the Trust Anne has had a varied career within the NHS working in both acute and primary care environments, including Head of Independent Commissioning, Head of Primary Care, the lead for Cataract Choice and introducing the first National Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC). Anne also has experience as a Management Consultant within the private sector which included leading a DH team in developing the first standardised mental health contract.
