Tracey Judge is Social Work Team Manager employed by Bristol City Council and has been working in an acute hospital since qualifying in 1993, and as a manager since 2004 at the Bristol Royal Infirmary.
She manages a hugely successful team consisting of a Senior Practitioner, 8 social workers, 3 Assessment Review Co-ordinators and 3 admin staff. The team was awarded Bristol City Council’s team of the year in 2008 for excellence in preventing delayed discharges and managing resources whilst achieving positive outcomes for service users.
She is committed to joint working and partnership and is a member of the Safeguarding Adults Steering group and the Dementia Strategy Group for University Hospitals Bristol.
